It began with a simple observation: too many fitness spaces focus on performance while overlooking the experience of the people inside them.
We believed a fitness studio could challenge people to grow while still feeling approachable, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable to be part of.
After years of coaching individuals with different goals, experience levels, and backgrounds, one thing became clear—people are more likely to stay consistent when they feel encouraged, connected, and comfortable in their environment.
